Return & Refund Policy

At Hairglamour, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window on all unopened items.

1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers located in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right applies to unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To exercise this right, send an informal notice to returns@hairglamour.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends.

2. Our Extended 30-Day Return Window

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a total 30-day return window (including the 14-day withdrawal period) for unopened, unworn items in their original packaging. Hygiene items — including opened lashes, used clip-in sets, and opened adhesive removers — cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless defective.

3. How to Return an Item

Email returns@hairglamour.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship the package using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@hairglamour.com. We will arrange a free return and either a replacement or full refund at your choice.

6. Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return + new order. This is the fastest way to get your replacement.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened lashes or lash adhesive items (hygiene)
  • Clip-in sets where clips have been attached to hair
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
