Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We ship from Germany. Orders placed before 15:00 CET are usually processed the same business day. Within Germany you'll typically have your order in 2–3 business days, while the rest of the EU takes around 3–5 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive tracking.

Do you ship across the EU? What does shipping cost?

Yes, we deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Spain and other EU countries. Shipping is free on orders over €50. Below that, a transparent flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

How can I track my order?

Every order includes tracking. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we'll email you the tracking link. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or get in touch and we'll resend your status.

Returns & Payment

How do returns work?

You have 30 days to return your order. Return by mail is free. Once your parcel arrives back with us, you'll receive a full refund or an exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, simply email us at hairglamour@gmx.de.

Which payment methods do you offer?

At checkout you can pay conveniently with Klarna (Pay-in-3 instalments and Pay-in-30 invoice), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, as well as major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All prices are in euros.

Can I pay in instalments with Klarna?

Yes. With Klarna you can split your order into 3 instalments or pay after delivery by invoice (Pay-in-30). Just select Klarna at checkout and the options will be shown to you there.

Colour & Application

How do I find the right shade?

The easiest way is our free Color Match tool on the homepage. Answer two quick questions and pick the look closest to your hair – we'll recommend your shade from over 20 in seconds. Match to your lengths and ends, not your roots. If you're between two shades, choose the lighter one – it looks most natural.

What if I'm unsure about the colour?

Just send us a daylight photo of your hair to hairglamour@gmx.de. We'll match you personally and for free and tell you which shade fits best – with no risk, because our 30-day return policy means you can still exchange after delivery.

How do I apply the extensions?

It depends on the style. Our halo styles sit on a transparent invisible wire that you simply place over your head – it disappears under your own hair. Clip-in sets are clipped in section by section along your parting, from the widest weft at the bottom to the narrower ones higher up. One-piece and ponytail styles apply in seconds. Every style is ready in minutes, no salon required.

Will the extensions damage my hair?

No. No glue, no heat, no damage. The wire and gentle clips apply in minutes and remove just as quickly – no adhesives, no braiding, no permanent bonding. Your own hair stays protected.

Material, Care & Storage

What are the extensions made of?

Our current collection is made from high-quality premium synthetic fibre with a natural, matte finish and soft, natural movement that blends seamlessly with your own hair.

Can I heat-style the extensions?

Take care here. This is a synthetic fibre, so we recommend avoiding direct high heat from straighteners and curling irons – temperatures that are too high can damage the fibre. Style gently and on low settings. That keeps the shine and movement looking beautiful for longer.

How often should I wash the extensions?

Less is more. Synthetic fibre needs washing far less often than your own hair – usually it's enough to clean it gently after several wears or when it looks worn. Use cool water and a mild shampoo, comb through carefully and let it air-dry.

How long do the extensions last?

With proper care – gentle brushing from the ends upward, mild washing and careful storage between wears – your extensions stay beautiful for months of regular wear. With occasional use, even longer.

How should I store the extensions?

Brush them through gently after wearing and store them flat or hanging in their pouch, protected from dust and direct sunlight. This keeps the strands smooth, tangle-free and ready to go for your next look.
