1. Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–4 business days (Standard), 1–2 business days (Express)
- Rest of EU: 3–6 business days (Standard), 2–3 business days (Express)
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- Switzerland / Norway: 4–7 business days
- Worldwide: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates. We dispatch orders within 1 business day of receipt (orders placed before 15:00 CET dispatch the same day).
2. Shipping Costs
- Germany: €3.95 Standard, €7.95 Express. Free Standard Shipping on orders over €50.
- Rest of EU: €7.95 Standard, €14.95 Express. Free Standard Shipping on orders over €75.
- Worldwide: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
3. Carriers
- Germany & EU: DHL, GLS
- Worldwide: DHL Express, UPS
All orders include tracking. Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order is dispatched.
4. Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us at shipping@hairglamour.com within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at shipping@hairglamour.com. If the order has not yet dispatched, we can update it. If already dispatched, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
