Real Hair Clip-In Extensions Brown & Platinum Highlights – Shade 4/1001
Medium brown with platinum highlights – the most striking contrast in the range. Not a soft blend, but a deliberate juxtaposition of dark and very light.
Who is Brown & Platinum Highlights for?
For brown hair, and for anyone who wants a visible, designed look rather than a natural one.
Undertone: high contrast · Colour family: Brown Mix
How to pair this shade
Works best as a partial section over a base of shade 4 – worn all over, the contrast can quickly look harsh.
Which Brown & Platinum Highlights set is right for you?
All three sizes are available in this shade. Which one you choose comes down to just two things: how thick your own hair is and how much length you want to add.
- 3-piece set (60–66 g) — Extra density and a little length – the perfect starting point.
- 5-piece set (100 g) — The standard: length plus noticeable fullness all round.
- 7-piece set (144 g) — A complete transformation, even if your own hair is thick.
Why human hair in Brown & Platinum Highlights ages differently
These sets are made from 100 % Remy human hair: every strand runs in the direction of growth, and the cuticle is left intact. That has three practical benefits. You can deepen or refresh the colour when it fades after a few months. You can use a hairdryer, straightener and curling wand just as you would on your own hair. And with correct use and careful maintenance, the manufacturer states an average lifespan of approx. 3–4 months – often longer, depending on how often you wear, style and care for your set.

Frequently asked questions about Brown & Platinum Highlights
Is the contrast too strong?
That depends on how much you use. Place the contrast wefts in the lower two thirds and the roots stay calm.
Can I darken the platinum highlights?
Yes. A toner takes evenly on Remy platinum if you find the contrast too much later on.
