Shipping policy

We ship securely with tracking — across the EU and to many other countries.

Delivery time: within the EU usually 7 business days, outside the EU usually 7–8 business days; processing usually within 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs: free to all delivery countries — no minimum order value.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery countries: all EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Russia.

Customs: For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties and taxes; these are paid by the recipient.

Returns: 14-day right of withdrawal, 30-day return period; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
