1. Scope & Provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this online shop. The provider and contracting party is Hairglamour GbR, Würzburger Straße 2, 60385 Frankfurt am Main (hereinafter "we"). You can find our full contact details in the legal notice.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking "Buy" or "Pay now", you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or, at the latest, upon dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.

4. Payment

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Payment is due upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Liability for Defects

9. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
